Marriage License Requirements
A marriage license is required and must be provided on the day of the wedding.
Marriage licenses can be obtained from any county clerks office in Florida and are legal internationally. Your license can be used to get married in any Florida county. All county clerk of courts require both parties be present and have a government issued ID’s i.e. drivers license, passport, military id., etc. to aquire a marriage license. (Even if you fill out the license application online through the court)
It is possible to get a license through the mail. Please call us at 941-722-0500 for more information on how. If either the bride or the groom have been divorced in the last 6 months, the divorce decree will need to be present at the time of the application.
No. Florida does not require witnesses.
You can reschedule for another day as long as there is no conflicting ceremonies on your new day. Sometimes the next morning is best. Also, if you have pre-arranged an inside set-up area we can set up most packages inside.

If you are not flexible on your date you should reserve it as soon as possible. With some exceptions we only perform one ceremony per day.
Yes. Free add on to any package other than Purely Simple: Up to 10 covered chairs decorated with your choice of sash colors. (up to 10 more available at $5 each.)
Yes. $100 plus any travel fees, depending on location. We explain all details both on the phone and email so very few couples find the need for a rehearsal..
